We’re excited to announce that this Wednesday, the High Museum of Art is opening the Gallery of Forgotten Art. Located in our nursing room on the lower level of the Stent Wing, the Gallery features select pieces of art made by children at various Family programs. So parents, next time you’re at the museum, be sure to take a peek in the nursing room to appreciate the hard work of our museum patrons. Due to the “forgotten” nature of our art, most pieces are unidentified and untitled! So help us out by letting us know if the artist’s hand looks suspiciously like that of your little artist…

This gallery is dedicated to the hardworking mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nannies, foster parents, and all caregivers who work tirelessly while also introducing the next generation to the power of art.
